Assistant Training Manager
Our Client is a well-known luxury retail group. They are currently seeking for a highly professional to join their brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for formulating and designing training plans for HK and Macau retail teams and wholesale market accounts
  • Identify the needs, design, delivery and evaluation of various training programs on front-line 
  • Fully implementing training functions including delivering classroom training programs, train-the-trainer, selling skill, coaching skill, service quality training and orientation to the new joiners
  • Monitor and maintain the brand’s training requirements and annual training budgets
  • Coordination of all training administration as required

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years training or operation experience, preferably gained from the retail industry
  • Proven ability to coach and lead
  • Self-motivated, strategic and with business awareness
  • Good command of Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
