  • Provide the full range of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
  • Schedule frequent meetings, venue bookings and manage the management’s diary
  • Assist the management to handle daily correspondence and co-ordinate with external and internal parties for meetings and projects
  • Ad hoc projects whenever necessary
  • Degree holder  
  • 3 years’ secretarial working experience
  • Hardworking, organized, independent with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Good Chinese writing skills
