Social Compliance Auditor
Our Client is a re-nown garment manufacturing group. They are currently looking for a highly motivated candidate to join their company.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all activities in relation to compliance function  
  • Liaise with cross-functional parties including sales, quality and factory compliance teams, also with customers’ auditors to ensure the execution of corrective action are in line with customers’ quality specifications
  • Implementing and enhancing the Compliance standards, policies and documentation procedures
  • Manage clients’ database and plan internal teams audit schedule 
  • Provide support to factory compliance audits, tracking and following up
  • Ensure submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner
  • Provide support to the daily operation including scheduling meetings, on-site factory support, preparing correspondence and presentation materials
  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
  • Work on ad hoc tasks and projects 

Requirements:
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the garment field
  • Good knowledge in BSCI, SA8000
  • Solid experience in factory audit/ social compliance audit is preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese
