Assistant HR Manager
Our Client is a well-known retail company with global presence. They are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join them.

Responsibilities:
  • This candidate will act as the business partner to the management team
  • As the key contact for business managers of the group
  • Provide HR consultancy, drive employee engagement
  • Conduct talent review, performance management and employee relations
  • Responsible for HR budget, manpower forecast and recruitment
  • Implement HR strategies in a proactive way to meet the business needs & company direction

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related
  • Minimum 6 years HR experiences, with 3 years on managerial level, preferably gained from multinational companies
  • Exposure in talent management and organization development will be an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, effective interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills
  • Able to deal with management and employees at all levels
