Purchasing Manager
Our Client is a catering service provider. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to manage their purchasing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supply and product development functions including product sourcing, new product development for food and non-food category
  • Maintain and upkeep the purchasing database and records
  • Responsible for source planning, market research and developing supply market
  • Handle price negotiation and cost reduction; analyze market conditions
  • Implement supply chain strategy to achieve project and financial goals
  • Monitor vendors’ performance to ensure quality of materials and on time delivery schedule
Requirements:
  • Degree Holder in any discipline
  • 10 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement & sourcing, at least 3 years in management level, preferred from Food & Beverage / Catering industry
  • Good connection with food suppliers is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
