Sales Director
Our Client is a world-renown retail company. They are now looking for a high-caliber candidate to join with them.

Responsibilities:
  • Explore and manage the retail and wholesale business accounts in China & Asia Pacific market
  • Develop new accounts, sales channel and distribution networks
  • Formulate monthly and annual sales budget / forecast for management to review the business strategy 
  • Negotiating financial and commercial terms with new clients against agreed criteria
  • Develop the retail and wholesale objectives and strategies 
  • Work with marketing team on expansions / improvement areas.
  • Identify business and sales trend, activities of competitors and customers buying behavior.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend counter actions when necessary

Requirements: 
  • University graduate or above 
  • 8-12 years’ experience in sales and marketing of kidswear in China & Asia Pacific market
  • Solid experience in both wholesales and retails apparel/fashion industry 
  • Good knowledge of leasing negotiation for retails in China and Asia Pacific market
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Aggressive, independent, self-motivated and passionate for brand development
  • Familiar with MS office applications 
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
