  • Responsible for the whole design process of kid’s wear collection from theme board preparation, styling confirmation, fitting sessions to pre-production stage.
  • Evaluate current design trends within the retail market.
  • In-charge of overall direction, selection and color palette setting

  • Developing the company training strategy
  • Fully implementing the in-house training functions
  • Responsible for formulating and designing training program on various soft skill and leadership management skill
Marketing Communications Manager
  • Explore or create appropriate marketing communications opportunities for specific marketing objectives
  • Plan and design strategically both online and offline marketing activities to maximize marketing communications return
  • In collaboration with internal and external parties to deliver activities and campaigns against time and budget specified
Merchandise Assortment Planner
  • To analyze sales results and forecast store merchandise needs
  • To plan and allocate the right merchandise mix/ SKU per category to individual store, track delivery schedule and control inventory
  • To oversee the regional store merchandisers and collecting feedbacks of product performance from the stores and facilitate consolidation
Paralegal
  • Working in legal department, the candidate will be responsible for all the paralegal affairs  
  • Draft and review legal and transactional documents in English and Chinese 
  • Prepare standard tenancy agreements and contracts 
Product Manager
  • Formulate and implement marketing plan to achieve monthly and annual target
  • Responsible for new product development and launch
  • Allocate, manage and control the promotion fund budget with an objective to maximize promotional effectiveness & ROI
