  • Supervise the customer service team to ensure high-level service standard in handling customer’s enquiries, claims and complaints

  • Participate in seasonal buying
  • Oversee the stock arrangement and delivery planning 
  • Work closely with other countries and subsidiaries in delivery and re-ordering issues 
  • Prepare various analysis reports 
Assistant Interior Designer
  • Assist in deliver retail concepts for stores
  • Handle full set of technical drawings, prepare presentation material
  • Responsible for contract administration, site supervision and coordination during construction period
Visual Merchandiser
  • Responsible for window display, in-store visual merchandising according to company guidelines
  • Implement merchandise changes and presentation on all fixtures
  • Work closely with the retail operation and marketing team to build the projects
HR Business Partner
  • This candidate will act as the business partner to the management team
  • Provide HR consultancy, drive employee engagement
  • Implement HR strategies in a proactive way to meet the business needs & company direction
