Our Client is a well-known luxury retail group. They are currently seeking for a highly professional to join their brand.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating and designing training plans for HK and Macau retail teams and wholesale market accounts
Identify the needs, design, delivery and evaluation of various training programs on front-line
Fully implementing training functions including delivering classroom training programs, train-the-trainer, selling skill, coaching skill, service quality training and orientation to the new joiners
Monitor and maintain the brand’s training requirements and annual training budgets
Coordination of all training administration as required
Requirements:Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
A minimum of 6 years training or operation experience, preferably gained from the retail industry
Proven ability to coach and lead
Self-motivated, strategic and with business awareness
Good command of Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
