Responsibilities:
This candidate will act as the business partner to the management team
As the key contact for business managers of the group
Provide HR consultancy, drive employee engagement
Conduct talent review, performance management and employee relations
Responsible for HR budget, manpower forecast and recruitment
Implement HR strategies in a proactive way to meet the business needs & company direction
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related
Minimum 6 years HR experiences, with 3 years on managerial level, preferably gained from multinational companies
Exposure in talent management and organization development will be an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
Independent, effective interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills
Able to deal with management and employees at all levels
