Our Client is a well-known international group. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their Company.
Responsibilities:
Leading the company’s overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory, selection of vendors and distribution of finished products
Develop supply chain strategic plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations
Analyze and evaluate the performance data to forecast needs and production scheduling
Manage relations with vendors, communicating requirements such as quantity, delivery times, and quality
Oversee analysis of supply chain effectiveness, vendor risk, and vendor performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business related
Minimum 15 years of relevant supply chain management experience with over 5 years in senior management role
Strong leadership skills to motivate the team to increase efficiency and performance while improving teamwork and morale
Exposure on home electrical appliances will be an advantage
Frequent travel to China is needed
